• When will I receive my order? The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and the assigned delivery agent. We collaborate with a group of shipping agents based in major cities, typically taking 1 to 3 days for order confirmation.
• Is there international delivery? Currently, our delivery partners serve only within the country and specific cities as mentioned on the delivery page. For international deliveries, please contact our team via WhatsApp Business to inquire about product weight and rates for international freight forwarders.
• What if the product has manufacturing defects? Refer to our return policy for details on returns and exchanges in case of manufacturing defects. If the return is agreed upon, the company's shipping costs are calculated, and the freight is covered for the customer. The product value is not calculated based on our return policy.
• I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount? Our store offers a delivery service for bulk orders with discounts ranging from 10 to 20% on certain products. Contact us directly via the contact page for information on quantities.
