Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers and include all products offered on our store.

• All products offered on our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy as per the terms and conditions stated on this page.

• Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

• Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

• Take a photo and send the product with the city, address, and order number specified so that it can be replaced with another product in case of corruption, defect, or if it is not used in accordance with the agreement.

• The full amount is refunded to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product presented on our website.

• We are not responsible for customer expectations of product use that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

• Deduct 30% or a value of at least 3000 fcfa if the customer does not want the product and it has no mentioned defects or issues.
